Buildings should ideally be washed every 2 years. Repainted every 8 to 10 Years.

Colorbond Wash

Page still under construction

Colorbond is a building material that needs to be washed in timely manner, firstly to retain the finishes but most imoprotantly to prolong the durability of the colorbond materials.

Metal colorbond fences can now be washed by means of a soft wash using soap and a bristled brush to remove mould or fungi or grime that forms on the colorbond over time.

I have added this video of a metal roof soft wash I have done in the past as an example of some of my cleaning methods.

People frequently have the car washed, rarely do poeple have the homes they live in washed.
